1980s Aerobics Class with Solid Gold Fitness - Retro Workout!Step back in time to the decade of excess to take part in an authentic 80s aerobics class! Solid Gold Fitness are excited to bring the Lycra, legwarmers and lunges as part of Alton Community Centre's 50th birthday celebrations.
You'll grapevine, squat, hip thrust and flex your way through the workout, making sweating FUN! This is the perfect toning and sculpting class with no egos, just synthesisers, spandex and smiles. Lena of SGF is an expert in 80s fitness and has created these classes directly inspired by the greats of retro workouts, Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, Tony Britts et al.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Lena will offer modifications for everyone. Wearing Lycra is not mandatory! Please dress in your fave comfortable exercise fits and sneakers. Bring water and a towel. Ages 15+
