The Australian Open Indoor Skydiving Championships are coming back to iFLY Downunder in Penrith, NSW.Last year saw 123 team made up of 145 competitors competing over 3 days for their share in $20,000 in prize money. Now, we're doing it all again and this year included Para Indoor Skydiving on the same weekend.
This year is a selection year for 'open/AAA' class teams that want to compete at the World Championships. 100% of your team will need to be Australian for selection. Non-Australian or mixed teams are welcome, but won't have a chance of selection for Worlds.
Registration will open on 1st April. More info TBC. The event is FREE TO WATCH - no tickets are required.
- 4-Way Formation Skydiving (FS)
Including Blast, A, AA and AAA
- Vertical Formation Skydiving (VFS)
Including 2-way Inter, 2-way Open and 4-way VFS
- Artistic
Including 2 and 4-way Dynamic, Freestyle and Junior Freestyle
- Body Piloting Championships
- Para Indoor Skydiving
