🌊 2026 Australia Day Weekend Regatta – Shellharbour MarinaJoin Wollongong Yacht Club for a huge three-day celebration of sailing over the Australia Day long weekend!
From 24–26 January 2026, Shellharbour Marina will come alive as yachts from across the region compete in five races ranging from fast “round-the-cans” action to a scenic coastal race.
Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or bringing the family along to watch from the foreshore, it’s an event packed with fun, competition, and a great marina atmosphere.

•Location: Shellharbour Marina, Shell Cove
•Format: 5 races over 3 days
•Racing Area: Shellharbour coastal waters
•Entry Fee:
•$100 block entry (all 5 races – eligible for overall prizes)
•$30 single-race entry (daily prizes only)

Skippers must hold current Australian Sailing membership or obtain a SailPass, and ensure all Persons on Board are registered in SailSys before each race.

Presentations will be held each afternoon at the marina, with the major awards presented on Australia Day following the BBQ lunch.
