We recognise that Australia Day means different things to different people. However you choose to spend the day, you are welcome to come together with community, powered by the City of Coffs Harbour.
The tone will be set for a day rooted in community and cultural appreciation with a Welcome to Country delivered by Gumbaynggirr elders, honouring the traditional custodians of the land.
๐ตLive local music: Let the sounds of local musicians fill the air as they perform throughout the day. From acoustic sets to upbeat tunes, these talented artists will create the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
๐ฆAussie-inspired games and activities: Get active and have a laugh with a range of classic Aussie games!
๐Join an informal game of backyard cricket or toss a frisbee with mates; whether you're competitive or just in it for the fun, these activities are a great way to connect and play together.
๐Add a splash of colour to your day with free face painting, balloon twisting and giant bubbles or play a game of giant jenga, connect four or corn hole.
๐ญCommunity Sausage Sizzle: Cooked up by community champions from a local service organisation, you can enjoy a complimentary sausage sizzle (veggie and meat options), the quintessential Aussie picnic lunch. It's the perfect chance to take a break from the action, grab a bite, and chat with friends.
