Austin Poetry Slam Presents The $200 Slamsgiving

If the world feels a little unhinged right now, you are not alone. The news is wild, the group chats are chaotic, and somehow we still have to find ways to be grateful.

Austin Poetry Slam is throwing a gratitude themed slam where poets turn thankfulness into testimony, side eye, and punchlines. Every first round poem must reference gratitude, with bonus points for poets who keep that theme flowing through each round. Think odes to your grandma, praise songs for paid bills, and love letters to the group chat that keeps you sane.
