Welcome to the Austin Gala: Free Your Mind and Return to Essence event! Join us at the RichesArt Gallery for an unforgettable evening filled with art, fashion, and inspiration. Hazelnut ATX: Free Your Mind and Return to Essence is an immersive, poetic gala experience celebrating art, mental wellness, and the entrepreneurial spirit of Black and POC creatives.

DRESS CODE: Earthy, plants, earthy tones.

Set against the earthy elegance of Riches Art Gallery, this evening is a sensory journey through visual art, fashion, film, and soul-nourishing food. Guests will witness powerful storytelling through an exclusive preview of the short film Happy Birthday, a project that highlights the intersection of Black mental health and community care.

The night will also feature a fashion showcase and curated gallery installations from emerging and established artists, all while offering a unique networking space for Austin’s vibrant creative class. Every element—from the aroma of locally catered cuisine to the warm, grounded energy of the space—is designed to help attendees reconnect with self, spirit, and community.

All proceeds will go toward the production of Happy Birthday, a short film amplifying the voices of Black-owned businesses and advocating for mental health awareness in the Black community.
