Austin Dyke March

As the only Dyke March in Texas we have felt the pressure to deliver and make this a historic moment for all of you dykes, lesbians, butches, studs, femmes, sapphics, allies, and everyone else in between! Make sure to join us at The Vortex + Butterfly Bar for a day filled with community and love!

ACCESSIBILITY: The Vortex is an open space with mostly gravel ground and outdoor seatings and there are cooling tans. There is an indoor bar with AC, and there are stairs and ramps leading to the indoor space.

ASL Interpretation will be provided.

There will be air purifiers in the indoor space, and KN95 masks will be provided and required inside.

The March itself will have safety dyk3s to assist folks with navigating the asphalt and concrete. We are working to secure pedicabs for folks who cannot walk during the march.

Water bottles and hydration stations will be available for both those walking the March route and at the Vortex.

Comfortable closed toe shoes recommended.
