Make your own custom tailored t-shirt designed to fit your body. We’ll take measurements, draft & print your pattern and cut the fabric. Then we’ll sew it together and you’ll walk out wearing your new creation. All materials are supplied, just sign up and you’re all set.
You’ll learn to:
Take measurements properly
Use the site freesewing.org to draft custom patterns
Use a serger to create stretchable straight and curved seams
Use a cover stitch to create stretchable hems
Analyze the fit of the t-shirt for future enhancements
Each student will get a t-shirt sewing booklet.
