This all-levels class is designed to spark laughter and lighthearted connection as adorable pups roam freely throughout the room.They may wander from mat to mat, join you in poses, model the cutest downward dog, or offer sweet puppy kisses as a reminder to stay present and playful.
Join Amanda of Mystic Meadows Yoga, along with Kaity and the puppies from Bell Sharps Australian Shepherds, for this fun and energetic yoga experience on Sunday, June 7th from 1-2 PM.
