Join us for a relaxing evening of Auricular Acupuncture and Yoga NidraYoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep is an opportunity to be guided through progressive muscle relaxation while turning your awareness inward through breath work and imagery. Yoga Nidra is approximately 45 minutes of relaxation where the expectation is to relax into your space and become as comfortable as possible. A yoga mat, pillows and blankets are strongly encouraged.
Auricular Acupuncture involves the gentle placement of up to 5 needles in each ear. The natural benefits can include stress relief, increased calmness, better sleep, and less agitation.
Brishia Kluck is a certified acupuncture detoxification specialist and Helen Dobb is a registered Yoga teacher, certified acupuncture detoxification specialist, and certified yoga Nidra guide.
