Auricular Acupuncture and Sound Therapy at Altered States Wellness

Step into a deeply calming experience designed to restore balance to the mind and body. Join us in the beautiful salt cave at Altered States Wellness for an evening of Auricular Acupuncture & Sound Therapy with Dr. Christine Koehler.

During this intimate small-group session, guests will relax in our Himalayan salt cave while immersed in soothing sound therapy featuring healing frequencies from sound bowls, chimes, and gong vibrations.

Guests will receive a customized auricular acupuncture experience and may choose between:
• 2 acupuncture needles
• 2 ear seeds
• or 1 needle + 1 ear seed

Dr. Christine utilizes the 5-Point Protocol, a gentle and widely used auricular acupuncture method traditionally used to support recovery from addiction, mood disorders, stress, anxiety, and other mental or behavioral health concerns.

Sessions are limited to groups of up to 4 people at a time, creating a peaceful and personalized environment for healing and restoration.
