We will begin with a 15-minute Aura Cleansing Meditation, guiding you through slow, deep breaths and visualization as I infuse your energy field with Reiki. This gentle, hands-off approach aids in releasing dense energy and restoring flow around your aura. The session then transitions into a restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls and chimes, designed to wash over you with soothing resonances that further clear and harmonize your energetic field. You may experience warmth, tingling, or a sense of expanded space as the two practices nurture clarity and balance.
