You’ll learn how to prepare and enjoy tea mindfully with herbs that align with your goals and intentions and in keeping with the seasonal cycles and universal energy.
Through guided reflection, tea leaf or oracle card contemplation, and an intention-setting practice, you’ll leave feeling centered, renewed, and aligned with your highest and best purpose. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful reset and meaningful connection with themselves and the natural rhythms of life.
