HAVEN welcomes Jennine Brown, yoga & meditation instructor & herbalist, for these monthly classes designed to calm the nervous system and help you deeply RELAX. Yoga Nidra is a restorative yoga practice that uses props and blankets to assist in holding poses for a longer time to allow you to ease into each pose while listening to guided meditation and relaxing music.
Suitable for ALL. Chairs are available for those who cannot lie on the ground.
All props provided but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, etc. Whatever you need to feel totally comfortable.
Space limited to 8 to ensure these are intimate experiences where all feel safe to let go. 🙏
