Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve | Murrieta, CA

Our walk in August will take us among the oaks with glimpses of the chaparral and the grasslands habitats. The length will be shorter this month so that we slow down and immerse ourselves in nature.
We will meet at the Vistor Center parking lot and head down the trail at 7:15am. This month’s walk will be fairly flat and about 2.5 miles in length.
We will be taking any and all breaks that are needed. Our goal is not mileage, but to be one with nature. ☮️
I do suggest to dress in layers, wear close toed comfortable shoes, and bring water & a trail snack.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.
Weather may cause the ecological reserve to close which may result in cancellations. Any will be communicated as soon as possible.
****Day use fees are in place to use these trails.
