Wrap up summer with extra fun and whimsy with Bike Glen Ellyn's first annual BUBBLE RIDE! Meet at Newton Park Playground at 6pm for a fun and relaxed neighborhood ride for all ages. If you have a bubble machine, please bring it! We will have bubbles on bikes, bubbles at breaks, and bubble wand fun for the kiddos and kids at heart to play with at the end of the ride. See you there!
Like all of Bike Glen Ellyn's slow rolls, there will be an "accessible mile" at an extra-slow pace for new riders with the opportunity to hop off the main group at the playground before we continue for an additional 3-4 miles around Glen Ellyn neighborhood streets. We will end back at Newton Park around 7pm but feel free to stick around to play and hang out!
Small children who are not yet confident on two wheels are encouraged to ride our accessible mile and then either hop off the ride or ride in a bike trailer / bike tandem with parents. Parents, please supervise your own kiddos!
