AUGUST Rise & Flow @ Oasis Farm
Saturdays | August 23 • September 27 • October 25 before Oasis Farm's Community Work Days | Open to All
Join gooxjy co and Oasis Farm for a monthly outdoor yoga series connecting mind, body, breath, land and community.Together, we're excited to offer a welcoming space where yoga meets urban farming.
- Guided practice with movement, breathwork, and meditation to ground and start your day with intention.
- No-cost tickets are available first-come, first-served, with additional spots offered on a pay-what-you-can (PWYC) basis.
- What to bring: Your mat and water bottle (a few extra mats available, but please bring your own if possible).
*Classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Indoor space available for inclement weather (Bible Center Church, 717 N Homewood Ave)After our practice, Oasis Farm invites you to stay and participate in the Community Work Day to continue connecting with the land and community! Learn more.
