Unwind and recharge with a calming blend of gentle yoga, guided meditation, and soothing sound healing.
You will be led through gentle movement to create space and awareness in the body. Followed by a gentle journey inward to stillness and clarity.
In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to wholeness through presence and embodiment.
Allow the vibrations of crystal bowls to wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and inviting the spirit into deep harmony and peace. We close with time to reflect and understand the experiences. Oracle cards will be offered for all to intuitively select for further insight.
By combining yoga, meditation and sound healing, we cultivate the inner connection that allows your true essence to emerge and shine.
You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. All levels welcome! No experience necessary.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, or eye mask for your comfort.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in!
