Please join us for the annual dinner and silent auction. If you have items to donate for the silent auction, please bring them on Thursday (anything goes: unwanted bee items, crafts, fresh-baked goods, things from the garden, etc.)
In addition to the silent auction, there will be some high-quality door prizes, including Pro Nuc boxes, fume boards, frame perches, and much more. One lucky winner will go home with a complete 10 frame hive including bees! The club will sell $5 raffle tickets offering a chance to win this complete setup.
The MO Soy Association has graciously offered to provide fried chicken from Lee's Chicken. Club members will need to bring a side dish, dessert, or drinks to share. Please comment (or send an email to [email protected] with how many are coming and what you plan to bring.
RSVPs are helpful to get a headcount and make sure we have the dinner food covered.
