Friends, I’m so thrilled to invite you to something I’ve wanted to bring to this area for years: guided meditation hikes.The Campbell County Environmental Education Center, also known as the Nature Center at AJ Jolly Park in Alexandria, Kentucky, is hosting the event.

Free (donations accepted; in August, donations will go toward Flotsam River Circus, a 5013c that “brings magic and whimsy to the world while helping communities engage with their waterways.”).

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We’ll begin with an introduction to meditation followed by a walk along the beautiful nature trails.
