Join us at the Health Education Center (HEC) for a practical and engaging session designed to help you feel confident and prepared to take action when it matters most.
In this class, you’ll learn:
- How to recognize when CPR is needed
- Step-by-step CPR techniques for infants and children
- Basic tips for keeping little ones safe in emergencies
- What to do while waiting for medical help to arrive
