August embody summer sound and somatic movement

Join me for an embody summer workshop on 18 August 10:30 am - 12 pm @thesalisburycentre in the beautiful loft space which has the wonderful huge windows which open out onto the garden so we will welcome nature into the space.

Together we will embody summer, sun, nature, joy.

This will be a Fringe festival workshop. I do not usually offer anything in August but this year felt drawn to.

This will be a donation based event and I am sure it will fill up fast so book in to secure your space.

You can expect:

Live sound including my voice, drum, chimes and more

Chanting and humming to create your own sounds

Powerful poetry

Somatic/embodiment practices to embrace summer

A meditative embody summer practice

This workshop is for all bodies and all genders.
