Fighting Words NI summer camp is back for the third year running at the Fighting Words Creative Writing Centre, East Belfast.
13- to-15-year-olds are invited to join us for a FREE week-long eco-writing summer camp from the 5th-9th August* as part of our Starling Revival project. It is open to all experience and ability levels. Sessions will run from 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
We’ll be discovering ways of living sustainably while exploring different forms of creative writing, from poetry to prose to song writing. Let your imagination fly free and create a portfolio of writing in a supported environment of other young writers and a community of creatives. We will end the week in a celebration showcase for family and friends. Best of all, our participants will get the chance to see their work in print when we publish the Starling Revival Zine!
