The month of August will be a treat for sure.We will be heading to Dime X Meats. Dime is the owners name (pronounced Dee-Meh)
Dime X Meats has a lot going on! They specialize in farm to table fresh foods. They are a restaurant/deli/butcher shop all rolled in to one very cool location. They are serving up authentic Balkan food that I can vouch for. It’s delicious. Especially their Cevapi 😊
They only have seating for a few people in their shop. However, they will be bringing in tables and setting us up by the butcher counter / cooking area. This experience will be a unique one for us. From our seats we will be able to see the flames soaring from the grills as our food is prepared. The MAXIMUM number of people we are able to take for August is 30. This will be a first come first serve basis.
To book your spot, a $5 (per person) non transferable / non refundable fee is required. This is a small, unoffensive amount as a promise to show so we are never booking space another paying patron could have. This will go back to the restaurant and an attendee the night of our dinner. Your fees can be e-transferred to [email protected] . I will keep everyone up to date with numbers. If I see we are getting close to the 30 mark I will disable auto deposit and accept the last few on an individual basis.
