Our book discussion is a collaboration between Yoga Elements and Soul Echo Yoga. Join Kathy and Elisabeth for a stimulating and inclusive conversation around different yoga-related texts. We are currently reading "The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice" by Deborah Adele.
Each month, we will focus on one of the tenets. In August, we will be discussing the fourth Niyama, Svadhyaya (Self-Study) and meeting at Copper Rock Coffee 210 W College Avenue in downtown Appleton. There is no charge or sign-up requirements - simply join us with a willingness to participate!
