🐾 Auckland Greyhound Community Walk – August 🐾
In August we're heading west for our Auckland Greyhound Community Walk at Orangihina Park.
Join us for a casual, wheel friendly stroll with beautiful views across the Waitematā Harbour and the mouth of the Whau River. It's the perfect excuse to catch up with fellow greyhound lovers while the houndys enjoy one of their favourite pastimes... walking slowly and sniffing absolutely everything. 💛
This walk is open to all greyhounds, no matter where they were adopted from. Well-behaved sibling doggos are also welcome.
🐾 All greyhounds must remain on lead throughout the walk.
Thinking about adopting or fostering a greyhound? We'd love to have you along. These community walks are a relaxed, no-pressure way to meet plenty of houndys, chat with friendly owners, and get a real feel for what life with a greyhound is like.
We'll also be heading to a local café afterwards for a casual social catch-up, so keep an eye out for more details on that soon.
