Please join us for a special commemorative program and exhibition opening. Honor the past with us as we reflect on the 1977 eviction and explore our art exhibition, Islands of Remembrance, dedicated to safeguarding history and connecting community.

8:00 PM Candlelight Vigil

Gather with us as we remember the tenants of the original International Hotel and commemorate their legacy of resistance and community.

The program begins with the I-Hotel Eviction Commemoration, culminating in Manilatown's traditional candlelight vigil—a moving annual tribute to the evicted I-Hotel residents.

Guests are invited to experience the opening of Islands of Remembrance, a multidisciplinary visual art exhibition featuring contemporary Filipino American artists whose work explores memory, ancestry, spirituality, migration, identity, community, and cultural continuity.
