NEW LOCATION: MILLS RIVER BREWING
• Please be advised that no outside alcohol will be allowed, we will have a beer tent at the field where alcoholic drinks will be for sale.
• This tournament is not 21+, any ages welcome
• Dogs are allowed at this venue, as long as they remain on a leash and are well behaved
• There will be food trucks serving food all day
FORMAT
• Saturday - Revco 2's
• Sunday - M/W 2's
REGISTRATION PRICING
• EARLY BIRD: $70 before Friday, August 21, at midnight. Must be registered and paid by the 21, otherwise, on August 22, registration is $80. Registration closes on August 28 at 5 pm.
TIMES
• Check-in starts at 8:30 am, player's meeting at 8:50 am, pool play starts at 9 am.
TOURNAMENT PLAY
• Teams will be placed in pools of 4 teams each. You will play each team in your pool once, 2 games to 21 (win by 2, cap at 23).
• We may make adjustments to scoring in pool play based on the number of teams registered and time constraints.
PLAYOFFS
• Single Elimination Bracket Play. Top two teams from each pool will advance to playoffs.
• In the event teams are tied after pool play, the teams will be seeded based on head-to-head then playoff sets if time allows, otherwise by point differential.
• Bracket play is single elimination with teams playing one game to 25, win by 2 no cap. If time allows, semis and finals will be best of 3 (21, 21, 15).
SANDBAGGING
• Absolutely no sandbagging allowed.
• We check team registrations to make sure you are playing in the correct division. We reserve the right to move a team to a different division if we believe they are not in the correct one.
• If we find a team in the wrong division once the tournament starts, they can be disqualified from playoffs.
PRIZES
A percentage of the registration fees from all divisions is kept to cover tournament costs. All the remaining money goes into prizes as described below:
• 1-6 teams - 1st only
• 7-20 teams - 1st and 2nd only
• Over 20 teams - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
• OPEN PAYOUT IS 100%
