SPECIAL ELECTION DAY OFFERING
We ALL have an duty to go to the ballot box on August 25th for an important election that could effect how schools are funded, and how we all vote in future elections. (also there is a Republican Governor Runoff).
To help reward those that do their civic duty, we are offering a election day only special. Here is how it works:
1.) You must first VOTE in the Aug 25th Election, and pick up an "I Voted" sticker at the polls.
2.) Come to our self serve honey stand that day (after voting), show our doorbell camera your sticker, and in your most flamboyant or entertaining way say "I voted" - (best rendition will win an additional prize!).
3.) Make a purchase of $20 or more at the stand.
4.) Get a FREE Lip Balm of your choice from the rack (because you did your civic duty - kudos to you!)
State Questions on the ballot for ALL voters:
SQ 844: Amending Certain Tax Revenue Reimbursements. SQ 844 would allow the Legislature to change how it reimburses local schools and communities for certain manufacturing property tax exemptions.
SQ 846: Voter ID Requirement Amendment. SQ 846 changes the Oklahoma Constitution to require proof of identity for all voting methods; lawmakers are responsible for setting the rules for what counts as proof.
