Porchetta con ginepro, rosmarino e aglio. Local bred 48h marinated porchetta with juniper, garlic & rosemary.

Sformato di verdure - layerd roasted vegetable with smoked scamorza cheese & parmesan on a bed of nonnas tomato sauce.(v)

Torta caprese con crema dolce di castagne e pralinato di nocciole. Rich chocolate tart made with almond flour with sweet chestnut cream and haznut praline.

Crostata frangipane alle mandorle e prugne, con crema al mascarpone e whisky. Warm plum & almond frangipane tart with whisky cream.
