It all began with growing superior corn, wheat & rye on Henry Farms, specifically heirloom red corn developed at the University of Wisconsin in 1939. J. Henry is the only one in the world using this mashbill and why we serve their product at the Gardens. Come taste the difference and learn more about this Wisconsin producer and bourbons.
Tasting includes 3 different bourbons (perhaps a mystery 4th makes an appearance...) and is guided by a J. Henry Steward. Light snacks. Signature cocktail available for purchase using botanicals from the Garden and a walk-though on how to create it at home.
Bar opens at 5, tasting begins at 6. 21 & over only. Tickets are $20 for members, $45 for guests
