On Thursday, March 19th, we excited to welcome visiting Sauna Meister Nate Daubert for a special evening of Aufguss. This is a ticketed special event with very limited capacity, so early booking is recommended.THE DETAILS:
We’re offering two ticketed sessions. Each includes full bathhouse access and two unique Aufguss ceremonies.
Each Aufguss is approximately 20 minutes, with time between rounds to move intentionally through cold plunge and rest before returning for the next ceremony.
Aufguss (pronounced OWF-gooss) is a traditional German sauna ritual where essential oil–infused water is poured over hot stones and a trained Sauna Meister directs the rising steam using precise towel technique. Modern Aufguss weaves together heat, aromatherapy, rhythmic air movement, and music — creating a choreographed, multi-round experience that is equally entertaining and immersive.
