Notre équipe élite de coaches vous attend à deux dates: le samedi 23 août et le dimanche 31 août. Voici les projets qui auditionneront le samedi 23 août ainsi que leurs dates de démarrage!

Sunny Side Up – Dimanche 14 septembre, 18h–20h
Audition: samedi 23 août, 14h-15h
Sunny Side Up, c’est un groupe de travail guidé par Maude et Michel depuis maintenant 6 ans. Leur mission? Offrir un encadrement bienveillant, adapté aux objectifs de chacun·e.
En s’ancrant dans le continuum jazz, les Sunny cherchent un juste équilibre entre travail collectif et développement personnel. Vous trouverez ici un espace de travail respectueux, stimulant, rempli de rires… avec évidemment une emphase sur l'excellence et des moments exigeants, bref, une quasi-thérapie!
Attendez-vous à des tempos variés, une avalanche d’idées musicales et surtout… énormément de plaisir!
Frequent Flyers – Lundi 15 septembre, 18h30–20h30
Audition: samedi 23 août, 13h-15h (portion acrobatique + portion danse)
Attachez vos ceintures, car les acrobaties sont de retour en force chez Swing ConneXion!
Avec Travis Matte et les Frequent Flyers, venez travailler vos acrobaties dans un environnement sécuritaire et professionnel.
Cette troupe explorera plusieurs air steps classiques du Lindy Hop – comment les exécuter et comment les intégrer à la musique. L’accent sera mis sur l’aspect performance du Lindy Hop, à travers des chorégraphies et des jams. Préparez-vous à transpirer!
Aucune expérience en acrobaties n’est fermement requise, mais vous devrez réussir l’audition ET, surtout, avoir votre propre partenaire dès le départ (mais pas d’inquiétude, on peut vous aider avec ça – écrivez-nous!).

Sunny Side Up – Sunday, September 14, 6:00–8:00 PM
Coached by Michel Mazerolle and Maude Frénette-Roy
Sunny Side Up is a training group led by Maude and Michel for the past six years. Their mission? To provide a supportive environment tailored to each dancer’s goals.
Rooted in the jazz continuum, the Sunny crew strives to balance group work with individual growth. You'll find a respectful, stimulating space filled with laughter – and yes, a strong focus on excellence with plenty of challenging moments… it's practically dance therapy!
Expect a range of tempos, a flood of musical ideas, and above all… a whole lot of fun!
Frequent Flyers – Monday, September 15, 6:30–8:30 PM

Time to take off, because aerials are back at Swing ConneXion in a big way!
With Travis Matte and the Frequent Flyers, work on your aerials in a safe, professional environment. In this troupe we will work on a lot of the classic Lindy Hop aerials – how to execute them and how to place them on the music. This troupe will emphasize the performance aspect of Lindy Hop through routines and jams. Be ready to sweat!
No aerials experience required, however you will need to pass the audition AND, most importantly, have your own partner from the get-go (but we can help you with that – just write to us!)
