Get ready to laugh, sing, and maybe say a few prayers — Nunsense is coming to the Creator’s Stage! This hilarious musical comedy follows the Little Sisters of Hoboken as they raise money the only way they know how: by putting on a show. It’s joyful, witty, and a whole lot of fun!

We know auditions can be stressful — hearts race, palms sweat, and those “am I good enough?” thoughts creep in. At OPPA!, we’re working hard to make our audition rooms a little kinder and a lot more human.
We want every performer to feel supported, respected, and celebrated for showing up bravely to share their art. Whether you’re auditioning for your first show or your fiftieth, you belong here.
Our creative team is committed to providing a positive, welcoming, and mental health–aware environment where everyone has space to shine, learn, and grow. Take a deep breath, trust yourself, and have fun — that’s what this is all about!
🎵 Audition Details
Please come prepared with a song in the style of the show (under 30 seconds) that best showcases your voice and personality.
No accompanist provided. Bring your music on your phone or device to plug into the sound system.
We may double cast depending on turnout.
Be honest with your conflicts — we respect them, but new conflicts after casting may require adjustments or recasting.

Rehearsals are generally held Tuesday–Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
The final calendar will be set once all conflicts are collected. Not everyone is called every night — especially early in the process.
