It’s Christmas Eve — the busiest shopping day at Carrington’s Department Store. Holly, Carrington’s newest clerk, and several other customers are greeted by a kindly bell ringer who seems to have an uncanny ability to make their deepest Christmas wishes come true. Among the customers; A young family that arrives for last-minute shopping and learns a lesson about connecting with their son... A trio of sisters that snags the last RC car for their nephew and leave less burdened than when they arrived... A cynical, wealthy man that learns about true love from a destitute girl who sacrifices her own well-being for her family. Meanwhile, three inept criminals are making plans to rob the store. In their bungled attempt to crack the safe, the robbers take Holly and a customer, Barry, as hostages. A surprising last minute wish saves the hostages and brings the criminals to justice.
