Auditions for "Get Smart", directed by Shelby Ellis and Nikki Rodela, will be held September 19 at 11:00 a.m. and September 22 at 6:30 p.m.. Performances will be held Fridays-Sundays from January 22 to February 7, with a Thursday performance on January 28. We welcome all actors ages 8 and up to audition for this hilarious tale of espionage.
Synopsis:
Get Smart brings the classic TV spy comedy to the stage with all its zany, gadget‑filled chaos. When bumbling secret agent Maxwell Smart is tasked with stopping the evil organization KAOS, he teams up with the sharp, capable Agent 99 to crack the case. Together they navigate mistaken identities, outrageous disguises, and Max’s hilariously questionable spy skills — all while racing to save the day.
Available roles:
Maxwell Smart: Age 25-45
Extremely earnest. Believes himself to be the best secret agent ever and acts with that confidence. Innocent, naive, rigid, dedicated.

Chief’s secretary. Quick-witted, sly.
13: Adult
All business. Serious and focused.
44: Adult
Whiny, dramatic, susceptible to influence.

Spy gear/weapons inventor. Very proud of his inventions and gets frustrated with Smart’s seeming lack of seriousness.
Garth: 25+
A “goon” for KAOS. Large/tall preferred.
Mr. Big: Adult but very small

Suzy, Betsy, and Shirley “Wong”: Any age
Mary: Sociable, fun
Betsy: Sassy, mean, monotone
