Everyones's Theatre Company announces auditions for:
Doublewide, Texas by Jones Hope Wooten
Directed by: Robert Sharman II
Cast: 3 Men, 6 Women
The story: The inhabitants of one of the smallest trailer parks in Texas — four doublewides and a shed — are thrown for a loop when they realize the nearby town of Tugaloo is determined to annex them. And it's not as if they don't already have enough to deal with. But these friends, enemies, and neighbors realize they will need to work together to defeat this annexation if they, and their way of life have a snowball's chance to survive being swallowed up by the "big guys".
Where: Rochester Public Market Office (Two-story brick building in the center of the market)
Dates: Monday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 9th
Times: 7:00pm-9:00pm (Please be present at audition start time)
Readings and audition paperwork will be provided at the auditions.
You may fill out the audition paperwork before the auditions and bring it with you to the auditions to save yourself some time. The audition paperwork and cast list can be found in the attachment link on the announcements page of our website at everyonestheatre.org.
Actor's resumes and or headshots are greatly appreciated, but not required.
