All Roles are volunteer. Hues in Harmony: A Musical Spectrum is a musical revue that delves into the emotional language of colors and their connection to music. Each performance captures the essence of a hue—blue’s melancholy, green’s envy, yellow’s joy, and red’s passion—blending sound and color to evoke the full spectrum of human feelings. From soulful ballads to upbeat anthems, Hues in Harmony takes audiences on a journey through the emotions that color our lives, reminding us how deeply music and shades of feeling are intertwined.This production does not have specific roles or parts but is an ensemble revue. We are looking for all vocal parts to create a balanced cast of performers.
Audition Requirements:
This musical revue features a variety of genres, including Broadway, standards, rock, and country.
Prepare at least 32 bars of music that showcase your vocal range.
Bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided.
There will be a simple dance audition, so please bring appropriate shoes for movement.
Accepting all ages 18 and above. All roles are unpaid as we are a volunteer-run community theatre group. Bethesda Little Theatre is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Auditions at Palisades HUB, 5200 Cathedral Ave, NW. Auditions are on a first come, first served basis.
Saturday, March 8th, 1:30-3:30 PM
Wednesday, March 12th, 7-9 PM
Rehearsals will be held at Palisades HUB on Mondays and Wednesdays starting March 24th from 7-10 PM and Saturdays from 1-4 PM.
Performances will be held at the Montgomery College Cultural Arts Center in Silver Spring on June 6-8 and June 13-15, 2025. For further information go to https://blt-online.org/wordpress/
