Cinderella: Youth Edition — Presented by Spotlight Acting School

For Ages: 9–14 (Middle Group)
📅 Audition Date & Time: Saturday, September 26th — 10:30 AM
📍 Location: The Spotlight Playhouse, 214 Richmond Road, Berea, KY
Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella: Youth Edition brings the timeless enchantment of the classic fairy tale to the stage in a one-hour musical specially designed for young performers. The beloved story of a kind-hearted girl, a magical evening, and a glass slipper is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein hallmarks of originality, charm, and elegance. Filled with unforgettable songs like "In My Own Little Corner," "Impossible," and "Ten Minutes Ago," it's a magical introduction to musical theatre for the whole family.
Everyone who auditions will be cast! All experience levels are welcome — whether you're brand new or a returning Spotlight performer.

Who Can Audition: Ages 9–14
Audition Process: Group dance taught at audition • Optional solo singing for those interested in lead roles • Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or heels)
Rehearsals (Saturdays): 🔵 Blue Cast: 9:00 AM • 🟣 Purple Cast: 10:30 AM
Performance Weekends: 🔵 Blue Cast: January 29–31, 2027 • 🟣 Purple Cast: February 5–7, 2027
Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition: $105/month • Sibling Discounts: 2nd child 20% off, 3rd child 80% off, 4th+ free • Discounts: Autopay / Prepay / Loyalty discounts ($10 each, stackable) • Costume Fee: $30 due on audition day • Financial Assistance: Available upon request
