Auditions: Building a Repertoire or Book

An interactive session for more experienced actors interested in preparing audition materials for a variety of audition types, including the professional chorus or casting call. We’ll dig into ways to collect and organize your monologues and songs, how to highlight your “type” and play against it, presenting work in different styles, and communicating with the creative teams interested in casting you. (90-minutes, Interactive-Lecture-Demonstration, suitable for intermediate and advanced performers, bring the collection of monologues and songs you’ve accumulated so far)
