Sunday, May 17th & Monday, May 18th both starting at 7pm (6:30pm check-in opens).
Must be 17+ to audition. Those under 18 will be asked to have a parent/guardian complete part of our digital audition form.
We will have an accompanist at auditions, so please be prepared with a 16-32 bar cut of sheet music in the style of the show (pop/rock/soul) printed and in a binder with the beginning/end of your cut clearly marked. Singing from the show is acceptable but not required.
While this is not a dance-first show, we will hold a select group of auditioners to participate in a dance call.

If needed, callbacks will be held Tuesday, May 19th by invitation only at 7pm. You will receive a link to callback materials with your invitation to attend.
All auditioners will receive notice about whether or not they are being called back, as well as receive notice on whether or not they have been cast as soon as possible.
Rehearsals will begin on Friday, May 22, 2026. The schedule will be built once conflicts are received at auditions and distributed as soon as possible.
Show dates are:
July 17th-19th & 24th-26th,
with tech week being July 12th-15th.

Synopsis: BARE is a powerful, contemporary rock musical that follows a group of high school seniors at a Catholic boarding school in the 1990’s as they navigate the complex terrain of self-discovery, love, and identity. At the heart of the story are Jason and Peter, two students who grapple with their forbidden love while contending with the oppressive expectations of their religious school, their peers, and their families. As they search for acceptance, the students wrestle with their beliefs, their desires, and the weight of societal pressures, all while confronting their personal fears and hopes for the future.
BARE is an exploration of sexuality, mental health, and the longing for connection, set against a backdrop of soaring melodies and emotional ballads. The musical’s score, with its mix of pop, rock, and heartfelt anthems, speaks directly to the hearts of today’s audience—offering a blend of emotional depth and unforgettable music that resonates with anyone who has ever felt like they didn’t fit in.
