Coming to the Little Theatre In May, Joshua Thompson will be directing The Last Quiz Night On Earth...Performances planned to take place on 31st May with an optional extra performance to be considered. Due to the ease of "staging", there will be limited rehearsals which we will organise once the play is cast
ABOUT THE PLAY:
It’s the end of the world as we know it – and what better way to spend the last night on Earth than with a pub quiz? Landlady Kathy and quizmaster Ray are hosting, but with an asteroid racing towards us, things take a wild turn. Unexpected guests Bobby, ready to settle old scores, and Fran, searching for one last shot at love, bring chaos and comedy to the night.

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS:
Kathy - Forties to Fifties, pub landlady.
Very welcoming, positive and confident. Has overcome many difficulties in her business and private life.
Ray -Twenties to Thirties - barman and quizmaster.
A true showman. Outgoing and sociable. He has a very positive friendship with Kathy.
Bobby - Forties to Fifties, Kathy’s brother.
Kathy’s brother. He has a difficult past relationship with Kathy and is controlling and resentful of Kathy’s success.
Fran - Twenties to Thirties - Ray’s childhood sweetheart.
Ray's childhood sweetheart. She has kept her love and desire of Ray inside her, but now is compelled to express it to him.
All characters require British accents.
