Join us for a night of audiobooks and zoo animals as our Audiobook Walking Club makes its way to Reid Park Zoo!
The zoo is once again opening its doors for evening adventures in a series they call Summer Safari Nights, happening most Saturdays this season.
We'll meet inside the zoo by the gift shop at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 13 and walk through the pathways while listening to audiobooks and admiring the animals. Bring your own headphones — everyone will listen to their own books! Also bring water and sun protection.
Participants are responsible for paying for their own zoo admission and we recommend arriving early (the zoo opens at 6 p.m. and the entry lines can get long). Get tickets here: https://reidparkzoo.org/event/summer-safari-nights-2026/
You're, of course, welcome to stray from the group to look at your favorite animals if you wish! The zoo closes at 8 p.m.
