Storage Units that are Past Due and Overlocked will be SOLD at PUBLIC AUCTION on FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026. You must be at the 970 Frost Avenue Location by 9:45am to register for a bid number. (This is the first location. After these units are auctioned, the sale will move to our other locations in Bardstown: 1413 N. Third Street & 1000 Pennebaker Ave.) We reserve the right to Add or Remove units up until Sale Time.
You must have a Valid Picture ID. CASH ONLY. ALL SALES FINAL.
Many have asked how the auction works, so here is some info:
Our next Auction is FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026.
It will begin at 9:45am at the 970 Frost Avenue, Bardstown, Ky. location.
The Auction is CASH ONLY. You must have a valid ID & get a bid number from the auctioneer.
Jesse White of Whites-auction.com will be the auctioneer.
There is a 10% buyers premium and a 6% sales tax that will be added to each winning bid. For example if you win a unit with a bid of $50.00 you will owe roughly $58.30.
If you are the winner of a unit, you are buying EVERYTHING in that unit. You will have until 8:00am on Monday, JULY 27, 2026 to have the unit empty & ready for us to rent.
If you need more time, please contact our office. If you need substantial time, you may rent the unit on a month-to-month basis.
