KAM DOVEDI

Kam Dovedi is a highly respected UK Leading Property Expert who has been investing for over 29 Years. Having survived and thrived in 3 of the UK's Largest Recessions, Kam is highly acclaimed for how he is able to find the adapt to and predict what is going to happen next in the Property Market and how to profit from the challenges and opportunities that arise.

He has implemented and still does implement a variety of property investing strategies successfully, such as: buy to lets, HMOs, Permitted Developments, New Builds, Commercial Conversions & Title Splits.

Kam does now have a Significant Multi-Million Pound Property Portfolio, but it wasn't always like that (that's a story for another day).

He's passionate about property, and how it can change people's lives for the better, which is why he believes in sharing proven information with you, that you can actually use to move forward.

Andrew Brown

Andrew joined Strettons as Director of Auctions in January 2019. He has worked in the property industry for 23 years, with the last 17 years in property auctions. Andrew was previously Managing Director for a large national auctioneer and has held senior positions at three other top 10 auction houses.

During his career, Andrew has conducted over 300 auctions and during that time has sold in excess of £1BN of property from the rostrum. He has acted for a number of banks, building societies, LPA receivers, insolvency practitioners, asset managers, local authorities and NGOs in the disposal of large residential and commercial portfolios and high value distressed assets.

Away from the office Andrew enjoys playing rugby, cricket and golf (each with varying degrees of ineptitude), cooking and spending time with his wife and two sons. Andrew doesn’t like football; being a supporter of Newcastle United.

Scott Hendry

Over the past decade or so, Scott has brought on and developed relationships with some of the UK's largest auction houses and worked with property investors up and down the country. Scott prides himself on being available to clients around the clock, always being on hand to offer help and advice and focuses on providing clients with a high quality service that fits their individual circumstances.

Scott previously worked for one of the UK's largest high street banks and uses his 20 years' experience to identify and implement niches for clients that Together auction finance can offer.
