MYOB Exo Training Agenda
The MYOB Exo Training session is split into two parts, separated by a 20-minute break for morning tea:
Part 1
- A high-level overview of Bank Feeds in MYOB Exo
- Best-practice approach to setting up General Ledger Accounts
- How to select the correct Account Group, Debit/Credit, and Account Type in GL Accounts
Part 2
- Maintaining Stock Master Data, including Bin Locations, Stock Duty Percentages, and Ledger Posting Profiles
- Managing Alternate Suppliers and Stock Codes
- How to use Lookup and Linked Stock Codes
- Checklist for a best-practice Month-End process
Prerequisite Knowledge
No prior knowledge or tools are required. This will be a classroom training session with no practical exercises. Electronic training material can be made available after the training session.
Participants are welcome to bring a laptop if they have MYOB Exo installed locally, but this is not essential. Please note that computers will not be provided during the session.
