Our Annual Members meeting is a chance for all members to have your say on important decisions around how the Toy Library is run, and who runs it. Your input is crucial for the continuous operation of the Toy Library.
This year’s meeting will be held on Tuesday 15th September 2026 at 7.30pm.
Join us in person in the Library or online
We will provide sweet treats and hot drinks.
Kids are welcome come, we will set up a play area.
The agenda will be posted to this event.
We will be electing the committee and reviewing membership and hire fees.
Please let us know if you are planning to join us.
If you can’t make it in person, you can vote by proxy. This means you can nominate someone to vote on your behalf.
Our constitution allows members to be represented by a proxy vote at the AGM to form a quorum (the minimum number of members required to attend). To ensure that we have a quorum we would appreciate if you could please appoint a member of the current committee or another member of the Toy Library as your proxy if you can’t attend.
