Hello everyone, we hope your week is off to a great start! We are excited to invite you to attend the Aubrey Wellness Expo, hosted by Rockhill Counseling, on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, 9:00AM — 12:00PM.
With our small towns rapidly growing, it is important that community members are aware of all the wonderful services available to them locally to support their health and wellness needs. With the aim of ensuring awareness and access to health and wellness resources for community members and increasing collaboration among local providers, Rockhill Counseling is opening its farm for providers to showcase their services and connect with local families. We would love for you to join us!
— Abby King Roberts, with Mindful Wellness Center & Bloom Apothecary, will kick off this event with a 30-minute yoga flow at 9:00 AM
— Cathy Champ, owner and founder of Rockhill Counseling, will lead you through a guided walking meditation around the farm at 10:00 AM
— Abby will help us close out the event with a 30-minute sound bath at 11:00 AM
You are welcome to come explore the booths and learn about services, attend one or all of the offerings above, and/or simply bring your picnic breakfast/lunch and enjoy it by the pond.
