Santa Rio Yoga with Eric: Eric is the founder of Santo Rio Yoga, a studio that focuses on improving athletic performance with mobility and mindfulness. Unlock your potential with yoga flows that improve your range of motion, functional strength, and mental resilience. Eric is also a roller derby coach, helping teams find success on the track. His achievements include a WFTDA gold medal (Atlanta 2018) and two Texas Rollergirls league championships (2014, 2016).
DanceFit with Jae (Peep Impact Fitness): A high-energy cardio party that fuses Zumba, MixxedFit, Bollywood, Afrobeat, and more into one fun, full-body workout. No dance experience needed--just bring your vibe, burn calories, and celebrate culture through movement!
Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Tinisha: Experience step aerobics as you've never had before! Based on Phil Weeden's program, Xtreme Hip-Hop. It's a fun and exciting workout choreographed to R&B and hip-hop music, worth giving a try! This session will be super BEGINNER-FRIENDLY for the first 20-30 minutes of class, so participants can learn the call-outs. Will step it up a notch at the end if you're ready!
