Led by experienced facilitators and held within a supportive community of sisters, offers a safe and nurturing space for you to embrace your truth, honour your journey, and embody your power as a woman. As we come together with open hearts and open minds, we create a container for profound healing, transformation, and collective empowerment.

The purpose of our time together is to become more aware of the defenses we have developed over time to ensure belonging, defenses that may now hinder us from experiencing deeper connections with ourselves and others. Through the intentional cultivation of a safe and nurturing container, we invite you to join us in rewriting the narratives of womanhood, fostering a renewed relationship with our bodies and each other.
